Costs

We will develop and agree a detailed budget for each of your events and provide firm and absolute commitments to delivering your events at agreed fixed costs. In this respect we provide budget certainty and have no interest in driving up supplier costs as we don’t take commissions.

For maximum transparency, we recommend all third-party costs (from speaker fees to venue costs) are billed and paid direct by the client. We charge no mark-up, and our fees are costed on a project basis.

We host a full project microsite on our extranet, enabling the entire project team to remain up-to-date, and enabling full disclosure on the status of the project, from attendee status through to expenditure.

FOLLOW-UP AND MEASURABILITY
Far too often, businesses spend significant amounts on their current and prospective clients in an unstructured way. In almost all cases we find that there is no analysis of how effective that expenditure has been, nor is there a well structured campaign to target clients who attend corporate hospitality events.

Throughout the life cycle of the event, we will plug in to your own sales and business development programmes to derive the maximum benefit from each and every event. You will gain a far better understanding of how your sales, marketing, PR and corporate hospitality budgets are being spent and the results that this expenditure should - and will - produce.
